What the browser remembers
The optional hosting checklist uses one localStorage entry. It keeps the selected ticks on the same browser and device, without a login or synchronisation service. Other people using that browser may see its state.
What the form needs
The enquiry endpoint starts a session to issue a request token and control rapid repeated posts. Its cookie is configured HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with Secure enabled when the site is served over HTTPS.
What is absent from this build
The supplied pages contain no analytics tag, advertising pixel, remote font service or embedded social-media widget. Bootstrap and the site’s scripts are served as local files.
Removing the saved checklist
Choose Clear checklist on the hosting page, or remove this site’s storage through your browser settings. The finder and nickname chooser do not create persistent records.
If storage is blocked
The checklist continues to display your current choices where possible and reports when it cannot save them. A form failure is shown as an error, with the entered message retained for review.
