Choices made in the finder
Group size, time and other Table Fit selections are processed in the current page. They are not sent to a server, attached to a profile or preserved after a reload.
Checklist memory
The hosting checklist stores eight true-or-false tick states in localStorage under pexarumi-host-v1. It contains no names. Clear checklist removes the saved state for this tool; clearing browser site data also removes it.
Names in the chooser
The starting-player tool reads nicknames from its text box only to select a displayed result. It does not save or transmit them. Clear names or reload the page to remove the current entries.
An enquiry you submit
The contact handler validates and stores your name, email, chosen subject, message and consent, together with a generated record identifier and submission time. Storage is in the site’s private data directory. A successful response is not proof of email delivery.
Functional security and requests
A session cookie connects the form to a security token and short repeat-submission limit. Hosting may produce operational access logs. For a stored-enquiry question, use the contact page with enough context to identify your message; no automatic deletion deadline or guaranteed response is asserted.
